• Becky Eason
Ever since I took a stand against purple construction paper in kindergarten, I’ve been committed to great design. For me, it’s all about the process. Topic is irrelevant. Give me a client who is smart and passionate about their work and, together, we will create a brilliant, cohesive, creative vision. I am equally passionate about design education and environmentally-responsible design. I’m a RISD graduate with an illustration background. My real reward is waking up and never knowing what the day will bring. I thrive on new challenges.
  • Sue Gubisch, Senior Art Director
What motivates me as an art director is the challenge of solving visual problems. I love browsing through fonts, photos and color chips in search of the perfect solution and then weaving together text, image and color into a cohesive design. I always thought I’d be a mathematician and in some ways I am — I’m just solving problems in a lot more dimensions. I am a graduate of Middlebury College in Fine Art and my work has won a number of awards, including American Graphic Design Awards. Outside of work, I love to travel, be outside, and relax with friends and family, preferably over a table of good food.
  • Brad Latham, Senior Art Director
It’s an exciting time to be a designer, especially when it comes to the creative challenges of interactive media. I love it when clients come to us with their words and vision about what needs to be conveyed — and we pull it all together with imagery, color, typography and texture in a way that gives their vision a soul and a voice that stops people in their tracks. I’m a graduate of North Carolina State University, and my work has won a number of awards. In my free time, I love off-beat international travel and discovering exotic cultures.
  • Edith Graves, Marketing Director
As marketing director, I feel strongly about advocating for good design in the work place. I truly believe that design is a force that inspires and motivates. I also love meeting new people and learning about different industries. I hold a degree in Art History from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and the work I’m most proud of is Eason’s commitment to environmentally responsible design. Outside of work, I love to travel, introduce people to new friends, draw, make big family meals, meet my teenagers’ friends, and plan my next escape to Italy!
  • Charles Raymond, Administrative Director
In my opinion, good design means simple communication. It may not be simple getting there, but it needs to be clean and appear effortless in the end. I do my part by wearing a lot of hats in my job. I really enjoy multitasking and the diversification of handling both administrative management and operations. But my favorite part of being an administrative director is interacting with clients, vendors and staff. I am a graduate of Strayer University and was an Editorial Assistant for The H.M. Rowe Company, an educational textbook publisher. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with friends and exploring my ancestry.
  • Leittia Vaughn, Accounting
One thing I’ve learned from working at Eason for the past 13 years is that good design leaves a permanent imprint in my memory. I went into accounting because I like working with numbers, but find that what I enjoy the most about my job here is the independence. I have a BS Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland University College and 32 years of experience at an accounting firm, credit union, savings bank and, of course, Eason. My favorite thing to do outside of work is to watch a good romantic movie.
